What's Happening in Kindergarten?

Having fun during ELA with Alphabet centres!

Science: We are enjoying learning about the seasonal changes: Autumn, with it's beautiful colours and weather changes. We are learning about trees and their leaves.

Mathematics: We are learning how to print the numbers 1-5 and how to recognize the numbers using various manipulatives.

Social Studies:  We are learning school routines and responsibilities especially within our classroom setting.  Having the children take care of their own personal items during "Stack and Pack" is an important learning process.  Thank you for your patience when the students forget their indoor runners, etc.  We do a daily class check of these items and they are trying very hard.
